DPSCD Family Survey

The DPSCD Family Survey is now open from March 16–April 17. Your feedback is important and helps us better understand how we can continue improving the experience for students and families at Essential Skills.

Families can complete the survey online using the survey link. To access the survey, enter the code f + your child’s Student ID number (for example, f123456).

If you prefer a paper survey, copies will be available in the main office beginning the week of April 6th.
