The Essential Skills Transition Program at Diann Banks serves students aged 18-26 with mild cognitive impairments, providing individualized instruction and transitional support in education, employment, independent living, and community participation. Students develop core skills in reading, basic math, adaptive physical education, and life skills management while engaging in community-based instruction and extracurricular activities.
